(“You”, “Your”, “Customer” , “Client”, “Users” all referring or are in relation to You the Client availing My-Will Services) whereas (“Us”, “Our”, “My-Will” “We” and or “Company” Refers to My-Will and shall include its associates, employees and team members directly engaged in offering business services to You.

My-Will Services includes but is not limited to Will Writing, Custody Services, Execution, Succession and Estate Planning, Consultation advice, assistance in preparing customised Wills and other allied document(s) or documentation pertaining to Will writing, Will Custody, succession and estate planning as per Indian Law, in execution, attestation, storage, custody, translation, registration, notarization of Wills as per practice / preference, which may include producing the same in India as per Indian laws, all of which shall be collectively or in part referred to as “Services”)

Information You Provide

We have incorporated, updated technology with special security & privacy features for Your added safety and peace of mind.

We understanding that information and details You may provide for the use of My-Will Services are sensitive in nature and we treat information you provide to us from the point of inception of Your Service engagement with us, as strictly privileged information and are provided with necessary protection to the extent required by law, such information provided by you are labeled and treated as private & confidential accessible only by Us on a need to know basis.

All your data, details which you may feed, fill-in or complete as part of Your Service engagement requirements, and or as part of your allied use of applications or web interface, are in whole or in part captured via encrypted language, and hence is in parts or in whole depending on the Service availed by You made in-accessible to the My-Will team and or its general employees and technical associates except with prior confirmation and will be provided only on a need to know basis varied case on case.

While using the Site, You may provide us with the following Personal Data

• First Name
• Last name
• Email ID
• Phone Number
• City of residence
• State of residence
• Asset and Liability Details - to the extent required to be disclosed by you, based on your preference
• Beneficiary Details - to the extent required to be disclosed by you, based on your preference

As a part of availing Our Services, you may share to the Company any additional information like a copy of your Will and any additional personal information and data of your intent to fully avail and make use of our Services.

Information Provided by You

It shall be your sole discretion to determine the type of access and amount of information to be provided to us in case of your requirement for any operation support, technical or process related issues to seek our assistance, advice or consultation. My-Will is built with technology which does not permit any unauthorised persons to see or access your Will details. My-Will does not store any of your Will details or data once you Successfully Generate your Will or after expiry of 120 days from us receiving your payment for our Services and for a period of Two years from the date of non-payment of subscription in the case of Custody Service, whichever is applicable. It is explicitly stated that in no other scenario or case in whatsoever nature or capacity shall, your Will and other allied information will be stored in our server for extended periods other than what has been specified above.

MIY Will Process Security Features

You are required to Login via your registered email ID to access our My-Will Service in all service related documents provided by us and shared by you.

The MIY Will Writing Process does not retain any data, information and/or copy of any MIY Will generated through its system. We would not be able to retrieve or produce a copy of a MIY will once generated by the system and delivered to you at your registered email ID or address. All the data and information entered by you in the MIY Will shall be retained by the system till such time as the Will is generated or for a time period of 120 days from the date of payment, whichever is earlier and on expiry thereof all the data, information and copy of MIY Will shall be erased from of our system without any further notice. In case You do not avail our service within 60 days, we will either reach out to you or notify you via email as a service reminder. If there is no communication from Your end your registration details and account details will be suspended and erased from our systems as a measure of data protection.

We will not be able to access your MIY Will and its details at any point of time. Our system does not retain any of your data, information or a copy of your MIY Will on generation of your Will and the Company will have nothing to share or disclose to any of your legal heir or any court of law about your Will generated by our MIY Will Writing software application since we do not store any of your Will.

Information Retention

We only retain the Personal Data provided by You and we shall use and utilize the same for the limited purpose as mentioned herein i.e., providing the services requested, sending administrative, informative or marketing e-mails, informing about any changes or additions to the site or policies, intimating you about our latest offers and in the manner as set-out in herein after.

We may disclose your Personal Data to the extent required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to comply with official investigations or legal proceedings initiated by governmental and/or law enforcement officials, including but not limited to: in response to search warrants, or court orders. Your Personal Data will not be shared with advertisers or spammer or any third parties. If you provide your email address, we may use your email address to contact you and notify you of any news in respect to Site and/or the Company.

Use of the Information We Collect

You are in control of sharing personal information that you provide to our Site, including any information that you may provide in the process of availing our Services. We may use personal information you elect to provide to us, for the purposes of providing services to you and for administration, maintenance and development of the Site. Your Personal Data will not be shared with advertisers or spammer or any third party. If you provide your email address, we may use your email address to contact you and notify you of any news in respect to Site and/or the Company.

We shall not share any additional information; including copy of MIY will, your succession and other details, Personal Data shared by you for the purpose of availing our services, advice, consultation information or assistance required by you with any third parties, except with your written consent and for the purpose of providing the services requested by You. We shall forthwith delete all such information except personal information provided during user registration and documents on completion and/or termination of the services requested for our offline services within the necessary timeline required by Indian law or within a period of two years from the day of non-payment in case of Custody Service and within 120 days from the date of completion in case of all other Services.

We ensure and take the best possible effort to not retain a copy of any such private information or document with us, unless required by You or by Indian Law.

Agreement

If you choose to use our Site, your use is subject to the current Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, Refund policy as made applicable and you consent to our limited use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy or any other Terms and Conditions from time to time without any direct notice to you. If we do make changes, we will post any changes on the Site and will indicate the date the changes were made at the top of our Privacy Policy. Non-material changes are effective upon posting. Material changes are effective 15 days after posting. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information in our possession.

Security

We take adequately reasonable steps and precautions to protect our clients' information. Your account information is located on a secured server. Although, in most cases we allow you to set individual privacy setting that limit access to your information, please be aware that security measures may not be perfect or 100% effective end to end. We cannot control the actions of other users or entities with whom you may choose to share your pages and information.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary or as stipulated by us for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
